Here is my version of an adult “lunchable”. Thanks for the great idea! 🙂

Lunch is served: hummus, pita chips, grapes, salami and horseradish cheddar!

  2. I really need to pay more attention to lunch. Thanks for the reminder. My job provides a healthy lunch for us 4 days a week and I’m usually the last one to straddle into the kitchen to eat up. On the day that they don’t provide lunch, I usually get a salad from Whole Foods (I’m real picky and can only eat salads that are prepared that day). Before I started eating the healthy lunches at work, I’d just eat left overs from home or (gasp!) skip lunch all together.
